Here’s our patient having Ultrasound Guided Sclerotherapy (UGS)… It’s a mouthful but worth it if you’ve got tired, aching legs and unsightly veins. It’s effective for big clusters of spider veins and some varicose veins. It’s non-invasive (expect a little bruising) but truly you walk in and out again about half an hour later!
